What happens when the internet goes down?
The cashier till keeps taking orders and saving bills. They upload by themselves once the connection is back. Kitchen screens and reports catch up as soon as you're online again.
Do I need to buy new computers?
No. POSX runs in the browser on the Windows PC, tablet or phone you already have. A reasonably recent Chrome is all it needs.
How do we get started?
We create your restaurant and give you your sign-in. The first time you sign in you choose your own password, then the setup wizard walks you through your menu, tables, staff and payment methods. We're on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
How much does it cost?
A monthly plan based on your branches. Message us for a price for your restaurant. The first 14 days are free.
Who can see our sales?
Only the people you give a login. Each restaurant has its own database and its own address. Cashiers and waiters only see their own screens, and voids, refunds and discounts need a manager's PIN.
